Questions and answers

What is an ATS and why do you need it?

ATS stands for automatic transfer switch. When mains power fails, it starts the generator automatically and transfers the load to it within seconds. When mains power returns, it switches back and shuts the generator down.

What is the warranty?

Yuchai: 2 years or 1,500 engine hours; Weifang: 1 year or 1,000 engine hours; Shanghai: 1 year or 1,000 engine hours, whichever comes first.

How much does it cost?

Do you deliver across Kazakhstan?

Yes. Our office is in Almaty; we deliver throughout Kazakhstan and install and commission on site.
