How many kVA is a 10 kW generator?
10 kW equals 12.5 kVA at a power factor of 0.8. Maximum power is 10.5 kW; the generator can run at it only for short periods, so size by the rated 10 kW with a margin.
What cable is needed for a 10 kW generator?
Rated current up to 18 A. Copper cable 4×6 mm² from the generator to the panel, laid in air or on trays. For long runs or several cables in one trench, our manager will recalculate the cross-section.
How much fuel does the generator use?
At 50% load: 1.07 L/h, at 75%: 1.6 L/h, at full load: 2.1 L/h. Consumption for each model is listed on its product page.
How many hours does a full tank last?
Enclosed generators have a built-in tank that lasts 8–10 hours of operation.
What is the warranty?
Shanghai: 1 year or 1,000 engine hours, whichever comes first.
