Services: from selection to maintenance

We handle the generator's entire journey: we calculate the power, deliver, connect it with an ATS, commission and maintain it.

1. 01

   Power sizing

   We calculate based on your equipment list or the incoming circuit breaker rating. We account for starting currents of pumps, compressors and welding so the generator does not sag on startup.

2. 02

   Supply and delivery across Kazakhstan

   We ship from Almaty throughout Kazakhstan. An enclosed generator arrives ready to start: ATS, batteries with charger, oil and antifreeze are already in place. We will calculate delivery time and cost for your address.

3. 03

   Turnkey installation with ATS

   We install the generator on site, connect it to the panel and fit an automatic transfer switch: when mains power fails, the generator starts automatically and returns the load to the mains on its own.

4. 04

   Commissioning

   We start the generator on site, configure the controller and ATS, and test switching from mains to generator and back.

5. 05

   Maintenance service

   Warranty and scheduled maintenance by engine hours.

6. 06

   Generator cable

   We select the cable cross-section from the generator to the panel based on power and run length, and deliver it together with the generator, along with lugs.
