Questions and answers

What is an ATS and why do you need it?

ATS stands for automatic transfer switch. When mains power fails, it starts the generator automatically and transfers the load to it within seconds. When mains power returns, it switches back and shuts the generator down.

How many hours does a full tank last?

Enclosed generators have a built-in tank that lasts 8–10 hours of operation.

What is the warranty?

Shanghai: 1 year or 1,000 engine hours; Yuchai: 2 years or 1,500 engine hours; Weifang: 1 year or 1,000 engine hours, whichever comes first.

How much does it cost?
